Costain has appointed Sam White as managing director for its Natural Resources division, replacing Maxine Mayhew who is leaving at the end of the year. Sam will join the Executive Board and will start on 4 January 2022.

Removing carbon-emitting HGVs by 2040 welcomed by Costain
