Charlie joined Costain in 2022 and has helped to deliver PMO transformation for EDF, working with their Assurance Group Head of Nuclear Decommissioning. Her role currently focuses on identifying and providing consultancy advisory for the integrated transport sector.
Biggest professional achievement
When she was chosen to be part of an alliance to deliver a £1bn project management programme. Working with the team, she challenged the norm with processes and systems, and successfully got buy in from senior leaders to do things in a different way. This was a big culture change for the supply chain partners. She contributed to the successful delivery of the programme by ensuring everyone lived and breathed collaborative behaviours.
